Dots Lil Windamirs,owned and operated by Dottie La Placa,is a facility where she breeds and raises world-champion German Pinscher Dogs.It is located in a farm setting in Maryland's beautiful Eastern Shore.This is a culmination of her life long ambition of her love for dogs.After having lost many Doberman Pinschers to cancer and other causes associated with large dogs,she found these cute little dobie-look-a-likes about 4 years ago.At that time there were only about 400 of these rare-breed dogs in the USA.
